The "Copy" and "Paste" tools on the Remote control (and the "Cut" tool in the Meal-planner) are useful for duplicating or transporting a selection from one day to another day, from the table to a Meal-plan, or, within a Meal-plan, between sections (days & meals). Select the food first by clicking or dragging a box around, then click on the "Copy" or "Cut" tool, select another day or another plan section, then click "Paste," the food on the clipboard is then inserted into the destination.
